Para los amantes de la música online gratuita que se ofrece “ilegalmente” en los almacenes de internet (una gran tienda sin dependientas ni seguratas en la puerta... hasta ahora) empieza una etapa negra, muy negra, y es que el Gobierno va a aprovechar el anteproyecto de Ley de Economía Sostenible aprobado por el consejo de Ministros para acabar con las descargas ilegales, sí.. se acabó eso de “me lo bajo (y no pago ni me lo planteo porque es gratis)”.Esta nueva Ley permitirá cortar mediante orden judicial el servicio de internet al susodicho partidario de la música “gratuita” (o por lo menos gratuita para él/ella hasta entonces), todo con el objetivo de salvaguardar los derechos de propiedad intelectual.
Si finalmente se aprueba este proyecto... actualmente en proceso... podrán “desconectarnos” mediante una orden judicial en caso de que hayamos vulnerado este derecho que pretende protegerse con la nueva Ley.La cosa pinta malamente... hay que empezar a concienciarse o al final no habrá nadie en la red de redes.
